Action Stations
Action Stations are Chef manned stations that add a fun and interactive element to your event!
All stations are priced per person with a minimum of 50 people.
A uniformed Chef cooking your choice of 2 types of Sliders on our Large Evo Grill (Beef, Turkey, Veggie, Italian Sausage, or Portabella). Served on a local Slider Bun with Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Bermuda Onion, Pickles, Mustard, and Ketchup. Also includes Kettle Cooked Potato Chips with Roasted Onion Dip.
A uniformed Chef cooking your choice of one of the following types of Pasta in our Jumbo Wok of Fire.

Shrimp Scampi (+$1.00p/p) – Pan Seared Prawns with Fresh Garlic, Shallots, Capers, Tomatoes, Herbs, Lemon, and White Wine over Linguine Noodles
Chicken Alfredo – Julienne Chicken Breast with Vine Ripened Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Roasted Garlic, Shallots, White Wine, and Herbs of Tuscany over Penne Pasta
Meatball Marinara – Beef Meatballs Sauteed with Fresh Roasted Tomato Sauce over Spaghetti Noodles, served with Fresh Garlic Breadsticks
Udon Noodle Stir Fry - Teriyaki Glazed Udon Noodles with Zucchini, Sugar Snap Peas, Water Chestnuts, Sweet Onion, Shredded Carrots, Bell Peppers, & Toasted Sesame Seeds (Add: Chicken +$2.00, Shrimp +$3.00)
A uniformed Chef creating your desired choice of delicious Crepes on our Large Evo Grill. Served with Whipped Cream, Powdered Sugar, Chocolate Sauce, and Caramel Sauce.

Freshly cooked homestyle Waffles served with a fun variety of toppings, including: Bananas, Walnuts, Chocolate Chips, Whipped Cream, Maple Syrup, Chocolate Syrup and Berry Compote
Custom-made hot Omelets freshly cooked on-site by our Chef utilizing a variety of fresh and local Vegetables, Cheese, and other ingredients
Buttermilk Pancakes cooked fresh on-site using our giant Cast Iron Grill and flipped to perfection by our Chef. Served with Maple Syrup, Berry Compote and Whipped Cream
Egg, Bacon, and Cheese Sandwiches served on the client’s choice of Bagel, English Muffin, Croissant, or Ciabatta Bread and cooked fresh on-site with our Giant Cast Iron Grill

A uniformed Chef searing Beef Tenderloin Tips to perfection on our Jumbo Wok of Fire. Served with Oyster Mushroom Ragout, Asiago and Roasted Shallot Mashed Potatoes, and Green Tipped Baby Carrots.
