Details: Colorado River rafts filled with locally brewed beer wash ashore a Lake Powell BBQ. Cowboys serve up classic Dutch Oven cookin’ such as Smoked Utah Rainbow Trout over a potato hay with corn relish, Wild Bill buffalo stew, and Annie Oakley’s chicken and dumplings, while gunslingers from the Wild West run rampant with Tequila stocked holsters.
Enticing guests with southern vineyards to Olympic sized flambé, UFS strives to leave them wanting more of what Utah offers. Additionally, rather than just watching the action, UFS invites aspiring chefs to team up for a tapas culinary challenge.

Some highlights include a Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon at Rice Eccles Stadium, a Harvest Themed Reception at Red Ledges in Heber, Elegant Wedding Receptions held at Red Butte Gardens and private homes, Utah’s Museum of Natural History “DNA to Dinosaur’s” Fundraiser, a Corporate Dinner held at Clark Planetarium, and a Rockin’ Moraccan Reception for 5,000 attendees at the Novell Brainshare Convention.
